If you don’t use an automatic charger, don’t forget to turn it off. You can set an alarm clock or timer to remind you when the lithium battery is ready. Just be careful to check on the lithium iron phosphate(LFP) battery when it’s finished charging. Besides, do not drive the cart until the lithium battery is nearly empty or completely dead. Totally discharging can damage the 12V Lithium Battery lifespan as the same of overcharging them. If possible, set aside enough time to charge the golf cart batteries before next trip.
